Inventory COE Accountant

About the role

Pfizer is seeking an Inventory COE Accountant to support financial operations that keep our medicines moving efficiently from production to patients. The role involves coordinating project tasks, supporting shared services, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to project milestones, organize work to meet deadlines, and support the shared services site team.
• Perform period‑end financial close activities, develop financial information for management, and review healthcare contract standards.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and market approvers to manage exceptions and approvals.
• Capture information for corporate audit, ensure compliance controls, and assist in delivering standardized financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organizational attention to detail.
