Internship for Bachelor’s Tech Students

About the role

This hybrid internship at HPE is designed for university students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. You will work on average two days per week from the Heredia office, supporting senior team members on technical projects and gaining hands‑on experience with hardware and software systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior team members on assigned technical projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions.
• Assist with maintaining and updating hardware, software, and other technical systems.
• Participate in team meetings, learn project methodologies, and collaborate effectively.
• Engage in learning about new technologies and methodologies relevant to the work.
• Complete tasks assigned by a supervisor in a timely manner.
• Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with programming languages or technical tools relevant to the role.
• Strong interest in high‑tech and a passion for learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
