Interaction Designer Analyst

About the role

A Service & Interaction Design Analyst supports the delivery of user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design-driven solutions and customer journeys, communicating expected behaviour, user experience and ideation. The analyst supports the Design Lead on specific tasks, projects and communications with other team members, and contributes to the coordination and execution of design tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate needs, expectations, challenges and solutions in writing and verbally, building trusting relationships with stakeholders and peers.
• Own design work outputs throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Support usability studies, moderated or unmoderated, in person or remotely.
• Create user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes and other intermediate deliverables.
• Support the project team across research, content and visual disciplines.
• Contribute to strategic discussions with leadership, stakeholders and product owners by understanding client needs and expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English, and fluent Spanish to work with clients worldwide.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in UX, user interaction or interface design for digital products.
• Background in visual arts, graphic design, industrial design, interaction design, business design, service design, product design or user research.
• Problem-solving skills using methods such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Agile, problem framing and information gathering.

Required skills

• Wireframing and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Digital solutions, accessibility, digital design trends and collaboration with development or implementation teams.
• Mobile design knowledge: iOS guidelines, Material Design and responsive web design.
