Instructional Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging e‑learning experiences for adult learners. The role involves translating complex concepts into clear, interactive learning materials using modern authoring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning programs with Articulate Rise.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality and accuracy.
• Explore emerging technologies, including Google AI tools and adaptive learning platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (3‑5+ years) in instructional design, adult education, communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest or experience in customer experience enablement is a plus.
