Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team and help prospective students enroll in career‑training programs. This high‑converting inbound sales position focuses on answering questions, handling objections, and guiding candidates through the enrollment process during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective students in English and Spanish.
• Follow up promptly with warm leads generated via website inquiries and referrals.
• Assess each student’s goals and recommend the most suitable training program.
• Explain program details, schedules, tuition, funding options, and enrollment requirements.
• Handle objections confidently and aim to close enrollments during the initial contact.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up through phone, email, and text until a decision is reached.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM and keep lead records up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, or telesales.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone and meet enrollment targets.
• Strong objection‑handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Dialpad or similar VoIP phone systems.
