Inside Account Manager

About the role

The Inside Account Manager will serve as the primary daily contact for assigned accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through proactive relationship management and strategic client‑specific solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts, evaluate product mix and profitability, and make adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell the full TD SYNNEX portfolio of products and services.
• Develop and present strategic business plans to TD management.
• Provide regional direction in the manager’s absence and guide teams on KPI performance, company directives and vendor initiatives.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls, quote pricing, deliver product information and build strong customer relationships.
• Assist associates and representatives in resolving complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to secure best pricing for resellers and communicate promotions.
• Act as a change agent and subject‑matter expert for supporting departments.
• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally with business partners, customers and at partner events.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling complex customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical ability to assess data, recommend actions and develop business plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and display confidence and assertiveness.
• Effective communication with all management levels and capability to facilitate group interactions.
• Diplomatic handling of calls and correspondence on behalf of management.
