Inside Account Manager II

About the role

The Inside Account Manager II will manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, driving sales of technology products and services from an inside‑sales environment. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering value‑driven solutions and ensuring exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts via phone and email.
• Re‑engage dormant reseller partners and rebuild trust through value‑focused outreach.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through lead generation.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment and post‑sales support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with vendors, product specialists, and internal teams to craft comprehensive solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
