Industry and Enterprise Marketing Associate Manager – Financial Services

About the role

This position supports the Financial Services industries within Accenture's Industry & Enterprise Marketing & Communications team. The role combines day‑to‑day operational tasks with the execution of strategic marketing programs, requiring strong collaboration and the ability to turn insights into high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support run‑the‑business activities such as analyst relations, story identification, internal updates and baseline material maintenance.
• Conduct industry research and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Support planning for prioritized programs, including event business cases and program briefs.
• Maintain and update core web pages, optimizing content for large language models.
• Lead executive positioning activities, including social media support.
• Perform operational tasks such as ROI, budget and purchase‑order tracking.
• Facilitate activation enablement across markets and coordinate with CRM hubs.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, briefing and reviewing creative deliverables.

Required profile

• 4‑10+ years of marketing experience with a proactive, autonomous work style.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Data‑driven mindset with basic data analysis skills.
• Fast learner, open to coaching and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Accenture‑approved tools and AI platforms.
• Broad experience across marketing channels (events, social, web).
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Project‑management capability to prioritize competing workstreams.
