Industrial Engineer – Production & Process

About the role

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its engineering team. The role focuses on translating engineering designs into efficient, production‑ready processes for commercial‑vehicle programs, supporting a fast‑paced, high‑integration environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert engineering designs and data into seamless production processes.
• Participate in the engineering release process, ensuring all industrial and process engineering functions are addressed.
• Plan production lines, model processes, and conduct time studies.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and build feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to align on build objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or B Tech degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or process engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production‑line dynamics.
• Proven ability to perform time studies and optimise production lines.
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
