About the role

As a Sales Promoter at NP Pharma, you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical and personal‑care products directly at retail locations, ensuring high visibility and turnover. You will engage customers, demonstrate product benefits, and support the execution of promotional activities to drive sales and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and display NP Pharma products at points of sale, maintaining optimal visibility.
• Inform customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support the setup of promotional displays and materials.
• Record and report daily sales figures and activity logs.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to share on‑site feedback and suggest improvements for promotional actions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude: clear communication, persuasive ability, result‑orientation, and friendly customer interaction.
• Organized and responsible: effective time management, punctuality, and orderly documentation of activities and sales reports.
• Proactive and initiative‑driven: ability to identify improvement opportunities at the point of sale, propose actions, and adapt to varied retail environments.
• Minimum high‑school education, preferably with training in sales, customer service, marketing or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in sales, product promotion, or pharmacy‑related roles.
• Own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between multiple retail locations.
