Import Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Import Accounting Analyst to join our international finance team. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid accounting background, full‑cycle accounting experience, and strong tax knowledge, who thrive in a precise, compliance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the complete accounting cycle for import‑related transactions.
• Record, review, and analyze accounting entries linked to imports.
• Support accurate application of taxes and fiscal obligations.
• Prepare reconciliations, controls, and financial reports.
• Validate supporting documentation for journal entries and period‑end closings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics and SAP.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
• Assist with monthly closings and internal control tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
• Functional English for reading and basic workplace communication.
• Organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented.
