HubSpot Expert / RevOps Specialist (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

Tempello.ai, an AI‑driven legal‑tech company, is looking for a HubSpot Expert / RevOps Specialist to make HubSpot the single source of truth for its sales and marketing pipelines. You will clean and optimize data, build automation, and integrate key systems to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, clean, and maintain HubSpot properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and overall data hygiene.
• Design and manage lead routing, workflows, sequences, task queues, and templates for SDR/AE teams, including win‑back campaigns.
• Build dashboards and reports covering funnel conversion, lead‑source attribution, CAC, rep activity, and partner performance.
• Integrate HubSpot with Stripe and the product database (Supabase/Postgres) to reflect real billing and usage.
• Support email nurture campaigns for product launches and conference follow‑ups, and document all configurations for independent team use.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on HubSpot administration (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub).
• Strong data‑hygiene instincts with experience in deduplication and source attribution.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Availability for at least 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (GMT‑10 to GMT‑06).

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM: workflow creation, custom properties, pipelines, custom reports.
• Integration development using native HubSpot integrations, APIs, or webhooks.
• Stripe integration and basic usage‑based billing knowledge.
• SQL or familiarity with Supabase/Postgres.
