HR Content Compliance Specialist – Costa Rica

About the role

The HR Content Compliance Specialist ensures that all country‑specific HR knowledge and compliance content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with both global standards and Costa Rican labour regulations. This role works closely with Global HR Knowledge Owners, Regional Knowledge Managers, Country Publishing Leads, HR COEs, Legal, and Compliance teams to keep the knowledge base searchable, audit‑ready, and AI‑compatible.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain Costa Rica‑specific HR knowledge articles, reflecting local laws, regulatory updates, and translation standards.
• Partner with Country Publishing Leads and HR COEs to create, review, approve, publish, and retire content.
• Ensure content is clear, actionable, searchable, and follows governance frameworks.
• Coordinate timely updates after policy changes, audit findings, or process revisions.
• Perform regular knowledge audits, health checks, and track compliance metrics.
• Document audit trails, version history, and corrective actions.
• Monitor knowledge KPIs such as content freshness, usage, and quality indicators.
• Liaise with HR Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Finance to resolve country‑specific issues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and Costa Rican labour regulations.
• Experience in knowledge management, content governance, and audit support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with knowledge management systems and content governance processes.
• Experience conducting audits and maintaining documentation trails.
• Familiarity with AI‑readiness guidelines for content.
