HR Business Partner

About the role

Europe Express is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, learning‑driven environment. Reporting to the VP of People, you will partner with leaders across the business to shape a consistent employee experience, leverage people data for decision‑making, and champion practical AI solutions that streamline work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on hiring, performance, development, and employee relations while building strong relationships.
• Analyze people data to spot trends, define problems, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.
• Support workforce planning with leadership and Finance to model headcount needs.
• Track and evaluate HR program impact, including engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Promote the use of AI tools across HR processes such as recruiting, analytics, and manager support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Design and deliver training to strengthen manager capabilities in feedback, performance management, and inclusive leadership.
• Lead employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Handle employee‑relations cases with sound judgment, clear communication, and thorough documentation.
• Maintain HR policies, processes, and data accuracy in line with US requirements and regional practices.
• Lead engagement surveys, analyze results, and partner with leaders to create action plans.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to a global workforce across multiple locations and time zones.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role supporting managers and teams.
• Ability to work with data, extract insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience using or exploring AI tools in a work environment with a focus on improving outcomes.
• Knowledge of US employment practices and ability to navigate regional requirements.
