Head of Marketing (Marketing Manager)

About the role

The company is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic and operational marketing plans. This role will drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across commercial, purchasing, finance, and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and track the strategic marketing, advertising and communication plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop positioning, strengthening and growth strategies for brands and products.
• Plan, coordinate and execute ATL, BTL and digital campaigns with proper market segmentation and resource optimization.
• Manage the annual marketing and advertising budget.
• Create digital marketing strategies for demand generation, lead capture, customer loyalty and sales growth.
• Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competition and pricing through market studies, SWOT and benchmarking.
• Propose commercial strategies based on market data, profitability, client behavior and growth opportunities.
• Set performance indicators, produce executive reports and oversee loyalty, promotion and customer experience programs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Purchasing, Finance and Logistics to ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives.
• Lead, supervise and evaluate the marketing team and external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (licensure in Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading marketing teams, preferably in B2B environments.
• Availability to work onsite in Heredia, Monday to Friday.
