Head of Client Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our client management function within the corporate insurance division. In this role you will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the profitability of our insurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate and monitor a portfolio of corporate property‑damage insurance policies.
• Define and implement strategies to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Drive organic growth, profitability and operational efficiency of the portfolio.
• Provide technical support during policy renewal processes and advise clients on changes.
• Supervise claims handling and premium collection activities.
• Analyze customer‑satisfaction metrics and prepare the area’s budget.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to resolve policy‑related queries.
• Ensure the insurance management system remains up‑to‑date and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• University degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate insurance policies.
• Proven expertise in technical analysis of insurance programs.
• Strong commercial relationships with insurance carriers.
• Leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel).
