Growth & Business Development Associate (Remote)

About the role

EcoPackables is a fast-growing U.S.-based sustainable packaging company working with leading brands, and it is looking for a scrappy, entrepreneurial, AI-native growth generalist to find creative ways to generate new business. The role is remote and involves experimenting with new B2B marketing strategies, growth hacking and unconventional ways to reach potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies to generate interest and new business opportunities.
• Experiment with B2B outreach channels such as LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, AI-powered prospecting and automation.
• Identify potential customers, build relationships and help turn opportunities into business.
• Research, test and implement new growth hacks, tools and customer acquisition strategies.
• Use AI and automation to make prospecting, outreach and marketing more effective.
• Potentially travel to meet customers, attend trade shows and develop business relationships, depending on the candidate.
• Work directly with the founder on growth initiatives and other business projects.

Required profile

• Uses AI tools daily and experiments constantly with new ways of working.
• Genuinely enjoys discovering new B2B marketing tactics, outreach strategies and growth hacks.
• Scrappy and resourceful, able to figure things out without waiting for instructions.
• Entrepreneurial, thinking like an owner and taking initiative.
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident speaking to potential customers.
• Execution-focused, preferring to test many ideas rather than plan one for weeks.
• Comfortable with outreach, including cold calls and cold emails.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing or growth is a plus; execution, quick learning and results matter more.
