About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Grocery Shopper Expert to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for selecting and procuring grocery items for both retail and wholesale channels, ensuring the right products are available at the right price.

Key responsibilities

• Select and procure grocery products for retail and wholesale operations.
• Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate pricing and supplier agreements to maximize profitability.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain quality and availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively address stock risks.
• Develop category‑specific buying strategies.
• Communicate insights and decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in retail, wholesale, procurement, or grocery buying.
• Proven expertise in product selection, negotiation, and purchasing strategies.
• Analytical ability to evaluate market and consumer trends.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong inventory management capabilities.
