Global Transfer Pricing Operations Lead

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Global Transfer Pricing Operations Lead to own the quarterly profit review process, drive automation, and coordinate across finance, tax and regional teams. The role ensures accurate execution of TP policies, data integrity and alignment with global tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual profit monitoring processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee entity profitability analyses and ensure accurate posting of intercompany charges.
• Partner with Finance, Tax and Regional Controllers to maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data flow, reporting and accuracy.
• Serve as primary liaison between global and regional stakeholders on operational TP matters.
• Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and company TP policies.
• Support audits and internal reviews by preparing relevant documentation.
• Assist in continuous process improvement and standardisation of global TP operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transfer pricing, intercompany accounting or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and profit‑level monitoring.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems such as SAP, Oracle or HFM.
• Project‑management, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across global time zones.
