Global Performance & Career Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Global Performance & Career Operations Specialist to lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes across our worldwide organization using Workday. The role requires fluent English and a hybrid work arrangement based in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end performance review cycles, including goal setting, mid‑year, and annual reviews.
• Manage and optimize Workday Talent configurations, templates, business processes, and reporting.
• Support global succession planning and talent review initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
• Build dashboards and analytics to support workforce and leadership planning.
• Drive governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and an exceptional user experience.

Required profile

• Experience with Workday Talent & Performance Management.
• Background in talent management operations, succession planning, and global HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRIS/people systems and people analytics.
