Functional Consultant D365 – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specialized in Customer Insights Journeys, Sales, and Customer Service. You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping to design and implement customer engagement, marketing automation, and lead management solutions across the Microsoft Customer Engagement ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to analyse current‑state processes and design future‑state solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys covering lead generation, onboarding, retention, cross‑sell/upsell and renewal across email, SMS, events and digital channels.
• Configure Customer Insights Journeys environments, including journeys, segments, triggers, forms, landing pages, subscription centres, lead scoring models and personalization rules.
• Develop segmentation frameworks, define engagement KPIs and analyse campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Support integration with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform and Power BI.
• Facilitate solution design reviews and provide hands‑on configuration support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience designing and configuring marketing automation and customer engagement processes.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, multicultural team.
