Full Stack Web Developer Specialist

About the role

Deloitte's Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer Specialist to advance digital channels, create connected experiences and add value to the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new user‑facing features within our global and design standards.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production code and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers, web designers and stakeholders to improve usability while maintaining high‑quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and adhere to security guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year university) and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project‑management skills with an Agile focus.
• Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JavaScript libraries and frameworks: NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS.
• Experience with D3 JS for data visualization.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL databases.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Performance‑optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.
