Front-End StencilJS Software Engineer

About the role

Join a high‑velocity build pod at 3Pillar Global to modernize a security‑critical front‑end estate for a major institutional client. This hands‑on engineering role is ideal for an early‑career professional eager to grow in an AI‑assisted delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert Angular and AngularJS applications to StencilJS web‑components, delivering one application per build cycle.
• Write StencilJS unit tests with a target of ≥75% coverage and ensure applications are build‑ready and test‑ready in the client’s environment.
• Integrate front‑ends with client‑owned back‑end APIs using mocks and a strangler‑fig cutover, flagging discrepancies early.
• Maintain code quality and vulnerability‑scan standards (no Critical or High findings) and provide accurate status tracking and reporting.
• Gather requirements, validate understanding with the team, and maintain relevant documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with StencilJS or a component‑based front‑end framework, Angular/AngularJS.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, REST API integration, and modern web‑component development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployment on Kubernetes (AKS) and front‑end security hygiene.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, relational databases/SQL, and English proficiency.
