French Sales and Service Executive Agent

About the role
This position is part of a fast‑moving sales team that supports thousands of small, independent merchants on a large marketplace platform. You will work directly with French‑speaking SMB owners to help them grow revenue, retain customers, and increase their visibility using the platform’s optimization and marketing tools.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned merchant partners, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support via phone and email, helping merchants resolve issues and achieve growth targets.
- Drive adoption of platform products and services through consultative selling techniques.
- Monitor merchant performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- Meet and exceed defined KPIs related to revenue growth, retention, and product adoption.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English (B2 level or higher).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Creative, motivated, and KPI‑focused with strong empathy for partner needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Outreach or similar sales engagement tools.
