French MyHR Live Support Advisor (Remote, Costa Rica)

About the role

Amazon’s MyHR Live Support team is looking for a French‑speaking advisor to provide real‑time HR assistance to employees worldwide. This full‑time, seasonal position is remote and based in Costa Rica, lasting up to 11 months with possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of live contacts (phone and chat) in French, delivering accurate HR information.
• Resolve employee inquiries using FAQs, knowledge‑base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex cases when documentation does not provide a solution.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards while managing sensitive employee data.
• Adapt quickly to policy changes, new technologies, and evolving contact‑center processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for problem‑solving.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact‑center environment.
• Excellent multitasking and time‑management abilities.
