Framing Modular BIM Specialist

About the role

ENG is looking for a Cold‑Formed Steel Framing Modeler (MWF) to create accurate BIM models for steel framing systems using Revit and the Metal Wood Framer add‑in. You will interpret project specifications, produce constructible models for prefabrication, and support cross‑disciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed cold‑formed steel framing models in Revit with the MWF add‑in, including panel layouts, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
• Review architectural and structural documents to ensure models are accurate, constructible, and meet design intent.
• Identify and resolve conflicts during modeling and coordination to satisfy client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold‑formed steel framing or structural modeling.
• Proficient in English (advanced level).
• Degree or technical certification in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Revit (mandatory).
• Metal Wood Framer (MWF) add‑in (highly desirable).
