About the role

Join a prestigious private club in Costa Rica as a Server, delivering an elevated dining experience for members and guests. You will combine operational excellence with personalized service, ensuring every visit feels memorable and refined.

Key responsibilities

• Know members, families, and guests by name, remembering preferences, dietary restrictions, and personal details.
• Create emotional, memorable experiences that go beyond transactional service.
• Follow SOPs, service sequences, and checklists to execute flawless service.
• Host special events, wine tastings, and unique dining moments while embodying club values.
• Collaborate respectfully with colleagues, supporting teamwork and professionalism.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service stations in immaculate condition.
• Monitor guest experience, addressing comments or requests promptly.
• Accurately process orders and charges, ensuring correct member billing.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special events, adhering to standards.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized throughout shifts.
• Report operational needs, maintenance issues, or incidents.
• Support onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct visual inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage special requests, food allergies, and guest preferences discreetly.
• Provide personalized menu suggestions based on knowledge and member preferences.
• Promote club experiences, events, and venues to enhance member value.
• Participate in pre‑shift meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conversational English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
