Financial Planning, Controllership & Analytics Director

About the role

The FPCRA Director is the end‑to‑end finance owner for a North America Operating Unit at Haleon. This senior position combines planning, forecasting, controllership, reporting and performance analytics, acting as the single point of accountability for financial integrity and insight.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full finance cycle for the Operating Unit, from forecasting and planning to actuals reporting and performance analysis.
• Lead all planning, forecasting and update cycles, delivering high‑quality analytics that explain key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance with IFRS, Haleon policies and local regulations.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, maintaining accurate and timely financial narratives.
• Partner closely with the OU Finance Head to shape business strategy and provide decision‑support insights.
• Manage a team of finance managers, fostering independent judgment and delivering results across a broad span of control.
• Coordinate with Centre of Expertise functions and OU O2C & P2P leads to support end‑to‑end market operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably within a large consumer‑health or pharmaceutical organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop finance teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong partnership skills with senior business leaders and cross‑functional experts.
• Track record of delivering accurate financial forecasts, reports and performance insights.

Required skills
