Finance Senior Supervisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor to lead financial planning, reporting and compliance for its MedTech and Cardiovascular programs in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will ensure robust financial processes and controls while supporting project accounting and close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support site financial planning activities in line with franchise timelines and corporate procedures.
• Develop, analyse and present detailed project budgets, forecasts and executive‑level financial projections.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, project accounting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations as well as Johnson & Johnson internal policies.
• Collaborate with Global Financial Services, Trade Compliance, Tax, Treasury and Legal experts to resolve compliance inquiries.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven capability to work with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements and corporate finance procedures.
