Finance Planning Analyst – Spanish, English, Portuguese

About the role

The Finance Planning Analyst will support in‑market finance teams by delivering accurate forecasts, robust planning, and insightful management reporting. You will act as the primary liaison for financial data, helping drive business decisions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with in‑market finance teams to develop market forecasts, plan and update exercises.
• Analyse historical performance and external factors to inform forecasting.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis, risk & opportunity reports, and serve as the single point of contact for management reporting.
• Support Price & Volume, Master COGS analysis and Gross Margin drivers for the NA market.
• Create decks for Demand Review Meetings (DRM) and Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR) within the Core Commercial Cycle.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests and trend analyses from finance leaders.
• Standardise the financial forecast process across Consensus Forecasting platforms (CF/MoD CF).
• Maintain the robustness and accuracy of market forecasts and uphold SOPs for the hub.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or IT.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting or forecasting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (Spanish also required by title).
