About the role
The Finance Back Office Supervisor will lead the back‑office finance function supporting the Business Development department. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing a team, and ensuring the effective use of business development tools.
Key responsibilities
- Increase operational efficiency within the Business Development department.
- Recruit, develop, retain and lead staff, monitoring targets and KPIs.
- Support and optimise the use of Agoda business development tools.
- Foster proactive teamwork with subordinates, colleagues and superiors.
- Share and seek best practices and knowledge across the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit, finance or consulting.
- Audit background preferred.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks.
