Facilities & Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

About the role

The Facilities & Maintenance Technician works the night shift (Sunday‑Friday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) to ensure the reliable operation of plant facilities and production equipment. The role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, SOPs, GMPs and EHS procedures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, cleanroom infrastructure and production equipment.
• Paint buildings, clean and sanitize equipment, tools and systems.
• Conduct intermediate troubleshooting, general repairs and support special projects.
• Escort contractors when required and ensure proper documentation in the Maintenance Management System (BMRAM).
• Notify supervisors of any abnormal situations encountered during work.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Engineer on assigned tasks.
• Participate in NPI installations, OPEX projects, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Maintain assigned tooling and measuring instruments.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑service oriented attitude with respect for coworkers.
• Zero tolerance for safety violations or unprofessional behavior.
• No disciplinary actions in the past year.
• Vocational training as an Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Refrigeration Technician, or equivalent recognized experience.
• Basic English proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• At least six months of industrial maintenance or facilities experience.
