Express Sourcing Specialist – Source-to-Pay

About the role

Workday is seeking an Express Sourcing Specialist to join its Source-to-Pay team. In this fast‑paced position you will manage a high volume of low‑to‑medium dollar sourcing projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects in line with category strategies and established processes for low‑to‑medium dollar spend.
• Handle a large number of sourcing requests, applying standardized procedures.
• Create, review, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick‑bid processes to select best‑value suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing principles.
• Experience managing high‑volume, low‑value sourcing projects.
• Excellent negotiation and contract review skills.
• Ability to assess and mitigate supplier risks.
