Experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst to support its Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will focus on attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for DePuy Synthes, the upcoming standalone orthopedics company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a range of positions within the Orthopedics division.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
