Experienced Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join its MedTech and Orthopaedics teams in Grecia, Costa Rica. Guided by the Company’s Credo, the role operates within the Supply Chain Engineering function and supports manufacturing engineering activities that enable the development of smarter, less invasive medical treatments. The position is part of the upcoming orthopaedics business separation, with the expectation that the employee will transition to DePuy Synthes once the transaction is completed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute CNC manufacturing engineering tasks as part of the supply chain engineering function.
• Collaborate with MedTech and Orthopaedics product teams to support manufacturing processes for joint reconstruction, trauma, and digital surgery solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation of manufacturing solutions that align with Johnson & Johnson’s inclusive and diverse workplace values.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Manufacturing Engineer.
• Background in manufacturing engineering within a scientific/technology environment.
• Willingness to work in an inclusive, diverse workplace as described by the Company’s Credo.
