Estimating Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Estimating Analyst to join our Plaza Roble office in Escazu, Costa Rica. The role supports the Roofing Solutions estimating team, providing accurate cost estimates for large‑scale commercial roofing and architectural wall panel projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce precise takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Develop budgets and proposals for commercial roofing and panel systems.
• Research materials, construction systems and assemblies to support accurate costing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, request and evaluate quotes.
• Assist in drafting and takeoff work using Revit and CAD tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English and full bilingual ability in Spanish.
• Strong mathematical, logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
