Engagement & Talent Acquisition Intern (Unpaid)

About the role

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Operations team as Engagement & Talent Acquisition Interns. In this remote, unpaid position you will act as a primary point of contact for professionals in our talent network, helping them enhance their profiles, engage with the platform, and become ready for employer opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and SMS.
• Re‑engage talent network members and encourage active platform participation.
• Assist candidates in completing and improving their profiles, adding work experience, skills, and preferences.
• Ensure profiles meet quality standards and are employer‑ready.
• Educate candidates on the benefits of introductory video submissions and support them through the recording process.
• Answer candidate questions, provide guidance on best practices, and clearly communicate platform value.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes.
• Keep the database current and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting through multiple communication channels.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer success, or operations.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
