The Bilingual Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing comprehensive guidance on medical insurance, coverage options, pre‑authorizations, and hospital admission procedures. The role demands a warm, agile, and precise approach to ensure a high‑quality patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Offer detailed advice on medical insurance plans, coverage limits, and pre‑authorization requirements.
• Assist patients with hospital admission processes, ensuring smooth entry and documentation.
• Manage medical referrals, settle patient files, and handle collection of copays, deductibles, and cash‑closing activities.
• Provide continuous support for patients' administrative and financial inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurers and multiple departments within the medical center to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on current policies, agreements, and tariff structures.

Required profile

• Proactive and highly organized professional.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual).
