Ejecutivo de Marketing Digital (SEO y Shopify)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive specialized in SEO and Shopify to manage and improve the online presence of Get Talent Latam and its clients. The role is full‑time, hybrid, based in San José with part of the work performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Improve organic search rankings through on‑page and off‑page SEO techniques.
• Maintain and update product catalogs, content, and basic store settings in Shopify.
• Coordinate marketing actions, create and optimise landing pages.
• Support online acquisition and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented digital marketing mindset with proven SEO experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing Shopify stores.
• Ability to interpret digital metrics (traffic, conversion, user behaviour) and recommend improvements.
• Good written communication, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Team player comfortable in hybrid work environments.
