About the role

The company, a retailer in the beauty and cosmetics sector, is looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key wholesale customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and brand development across B2B accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand long‑term relationships with strategic B2B clients.
• Grow the existing portfolio while prospecting and acquiring new accounts.
• Prepare and present customized commercial proposals.
• Oversee order placement, invoicing, deliveries, pricing strategy, and inventory rotation.
• Monitor sales team and brand performance at points of sale.
• Conduct regular store visits to analyze market trends, competition, and identify opportunities.
• Prevent stockouts and ensure proper execution of commercial plans.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate sales, key‑account management, purchasing or retail.
• Proven negotiation and client‑development skills.
• Knowledge of commercialization, sales processes, and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze sales, margins, inventory and commercial results.
• Result‑oriented with strong customer‑service focus.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, mass‑consumer or retail is a plus.
• Own vehicle required; intermediate English is an advantage.
