About the role
Join Ericsson as a Domain Support Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Core Network services. You will act as the technical escalation point for Core‑related issues, diagnosing incidents and supporting preventive maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as technical escalation point for Core services.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform impact assessments for service changes.
- Participate in problem management initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross‑domain teams.
- Support service automation efforts.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Required skills
- Core Network operations experience.
- Knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC technologies.
- Incident and problem management experience.
- Familiarity with OSS operational tools.
