About the role

The District Manager will lead commercial growth across Costa Rica and selected Central American markets. You will be responsible for driving profitable B2B sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring the execution of the commercial strategy in line with regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the assigned territories.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Support the rollout of commercial plans and initiatives aligned with regional goals.
  • Own the sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools, guaranteeing data accuracy.
  • Lead pricing discussions, proposals, and contract execution for mid‑to‑high complexity deals.
  • Monitor sales performance KPIs and assist with cost and margin management.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to deliver timely service.
  • Guide field sales representatives or service teams to achieve targets and maintain execution discipline.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B sales, account management, or field commercial experience.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Exposure to contract negotiation and sales closing processes.
  • Previous work in Costa Rica and/or Central America markets.
  • Strong execution mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with solid negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple commercial activities and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and sales reporting.
