Director of Residences

About the role

As the Director of Residences you will lead the safety, functionality and guest experience of our residence properties. You will ensure that every stay reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations for mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems.
• Oversee facility maintenance, conduct inspections, manage energy‑conservation programs and drive preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Direct property improvements, including capital projects, budgeting, contractor bidding, scheduling and permitting while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence across daily department functions such as guest service, product quality, inventory management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Cultivate a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programs.
