About the role

Guttercon Roofing is looking for a Director de proyecto to lead the planning, coordination and supervision of roofing and enclosure projects from inception to hand‑over. The role is full‑time, onsite in San José and involves managing schedules, resources and budgets while ensuring strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, construction crews, suppliers and technical staff.
• Monitor on‑site progress, review inspection reports and resolve field issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and technical specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and propose process improvements to optimise timelines and costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management of construction, waterproofing or roofing works.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, teams and suppliers (expediting).
• Experience in on‑site inspection of works and materials.
• Logistics management skills for transport planning and warehousing.
• Technical or university education in engineering, architecture, construction or related fields.
• Proficiency with office tools and project‑management software.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, clear communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with PVC membrane or waterproofing systems is a plus.
