Direct Mail Production – Cards

About the role

The Program Management Sr Analyst partners with Marketing, CRM, MIM, and CFO teams to drive the production of credit card direct mail programs, ranging from large‑scale mailings to smaller, targeted pieces. The role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering cost‑effective, customer‑centric communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative and production planning for direct mail campaigns, overseeing deployment from concept to delivery.
• Identify and lead initiatives for production efficiencies, consolidation, and standardization across consumer businesses.
• Partner with the Direct Mail Production Channel to achieve cross‑group savings and drive innovation in creatives and processes.
• Maintain full financial accountability for program budgets, postage, CPPs, forecasts, and audit compliance with Citi Quality Standards.
• Assess risk, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and escalate control issues with transparency.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of direct mail planning and execution experience with a data‑oriented approach.
• Proven track record in cost‑reduction initiatives and knowledge of pricing strategies and BPO supplier offerings.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, forward‑thinking, and capable of driving change across functions.
