Digital Treatment Planning Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Treatment Planning Designer to create high-quality treatment plans using our proprietary CAD software. The role supports dental professionals by translating prescriptions into precise digital setups for implants, clear aligners and prosthetic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate digital treatment plans that meet clinical expectations and provider instructions.
• Communicate treatment designs effectively with dentists through the company platform.
• Independently design complex cases while avoiding common technical pitfalls.
• Follow customer-specific preferences and ensure timely follow-up to resolve issues.
• Manage small to medium-scope projects and prioritize work according to team objectives.
• Adhere to DPS working instructions, clinical protocols, quality standards and health‑safety policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities to meet production KPIs such as quality, productivity and lead‑time.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and other assigned activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in digital treatment planning or related CAD work.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clinicians and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software (CAD‑CAM, 3D modeling tools).
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic computer operation skills.
