Digital & Tech Management Manager

About the role

The Digital & Tech Management Manager is a senior‑level hybrid position responsible for leading end‑to‑end technical solution delivery while shaping the digital strategy and technology roadmap. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people management, partnering with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors to deliver scalable solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle delivery of client solutions, from architecture and design through development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive sprint planning, task estimation and technical execution across a team of engineers.
• Provide coaching, supervision and performance management for technical staff.
• Communicate designs, risks and issues in client meetings and presentations.
• Conduct QA and code reviews, enforce testing methodologies and manage source‑control repositories.
• Monitor effort and progress, reporting deviations and risks to the Project Manager.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend improvements to align with business objectives.
