Digital Production Manager

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Digital Production Manager to lead a team that oversees the scheduling, layout assembly, production, and quality control of digital, email, social media, and print content. You will collaborate with editors, designers, developers, and other content leaders to deliver high‑quality publications for Deloitte’s audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop production specialists, providing training and performance reviews.
• Manage the end‑to‑end production workflow, ensuring consistency and quality across all media formats.
• Own continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing best‑practice publishing methods.
• Coordinate with editorial, design, mixed‑media, and publishing operations leaders to streamline collaboration.
• Drive publishing innovation by integrating enabling technologies and automation where appropriate.
• Oversee content production and quality control to maintain high standards.
