Digital Marketing Advisor Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, digitally‑driven Marketing & Communications Advisor to join our global marketing team. The role focuses on shaping and executing digital strategies, optimizing web experiences, and driving performance across social, SEO/SEM, and paid channels in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise on web and digital components for integrated campaigns.
• Lead website optimization initiatives to enhance digital customer experiences.
• Analyze campaign and market data to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Manage digital projects using tools such as Jira, coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure high‑quality execution of digital assets and campaigns.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and optimization across marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and digital best practices across all channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in multichannel digital marketing campaigns or 6 years focused on web strategy.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Proven experience working with international stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
