Digital Community Manager (B2B Technical Industries)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Community Manager to revitalize and scale our customer community across owned and external platforms. You will own the community experience for engineers and technical users, driving engagement, improving support outcomes, and ensuring content is optimized for both human readers and AI‑driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an end‑to‑end community strategy in partnership with social media, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Stimulate conversations, moderate discussions, and maintain a high‑quality experience on our on‑domain platform.
• Develop and run an external presence strategy on Reddit and industry forums, authenticating participation and attracting users to our owned community.
• Create and curate technical content, translating complex topics into clear, searchable answers optimized for SEO and large language models.
• Launch community programs such as ambassadors, champions, and super‑users, designing recognition systems like badges and leaderboards.
• Own community KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver regular insights on engagement, retention, response time, and contribution rates.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to community management.
• Experience managing B2B technical communities for engineers or similar audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (social media, marketing, product, customer success).
• Strong analytical mindset to track metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Comfortable communicating complex technical topics in an accessible way.
